Product Questions
All custom orders are final sale and require payment in full prior to the start of manufacturing.
Yes, but these are a special order item. Please place your order using the custom order form.
The push knob is a knob that sits flush in the center of the table and when pushed the knob pops up so you can remove the container lid.
The finger pull is an exposed hole in the center of the table which allows you to use your finger to pull the container lid out.
We are currently offering brass and satin nickel. You can specifiy your preference on our custom order form.

The center container and accent ribbon can match or can be the same color as the table for a more uniform look. Only two colors come standard in our base price.
Yes. This is considered a special order and would require a custom quote using our custom order form.
Two colors can be used in our signature colors or the client can customize the application of colors however they want for an additional charge. Please use our Custom Order Form for inquiries.

TABLES:
Our current leadtime is 5-6 weeks for standard finishes and 6-8 weeks for a custom order.
ACCESSORIES & TILES
Any accessory or tile order will ship USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your item has shipped, we will send a follow-up email containing tracking information. You can easily track your package anytime using the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.
For orders requiring white glove shipping, tracking systems may vary by carrier. You may need to visit the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system. If the tracking link is not immediately active upon receiving our email, kindly allow 24–48 hours for the system to update.
Yes, please refer to our Trade page to open a trade a account. An active resale certificate will be required along with trade references.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is not included in the price of our tables.
A shipping and handling fee will be assessed for each Purchase Order and may vary depending on the zip code of delivery. All Shipping Costs are due prior to the delivery of the items.
Shipping costs, if not on the original invoice, will be calculated and sent for approval once the order is placed
Customers are welcome to pick up at our designated warehouse, will-call charges apply.
We utilize local services for white glove delivery in Fairfield county and have preferred vendors we work with for out of state deliveries. All pricing is based on territory and regions.
Shipping is included for tile or accessory purchases over $250.
